Major League Baseball’s biggest event is almost upon us and there are several heavy betting favorites for the 2026 World Series. Besides those favorites, there are some legitimate contenders who could very well peak at the right time and be getting sized for those custom diamond-encrusted championship rings.

Major League Baseball World Series – $200 Giveaway
If you pick correctly, you and the others in your pool will share the $200. We did this for the World Cup Soccer tournament. We had 3 people pick Spain, and each walked away with $70 bucks! It’s the easiest money you will win all year if you pick correctly.

2026 World Series Schedule – Major League Baseball
12 Teams make the MLB Playoffs. 6 are from the National League and 6 from the American League. The team with the best record in their league are the #1 seed. The #2 seed is the second best division winner. The top two seeds get a “bye”, as in, they don’t have to play anyone in the first round.
The Wild Card Rounds start Sept. 29th. These are best of 3 series, pitting #3 seed vs. #6, and #4 vs. #5.
The winners of the wild card rounds will face off against their respective #1 and #2 seeded teams in their “Division Series”. This is a best of 5 series.
Division Series winners then face off in the League Championship Series. This is a best of 7 and determines the National League Champion and the American League Champion.
Finally, the two league champions meet in the best of 7, World Series.
The 2026 MLB World Series starts on Oct 23, 2026 and will be concluded by Oct 31, 2026 if it goes all the way to a game 7.
